The story begins…
Long ago, good King Gerald of Mobland departed for the holy land on a great crusade. During his absence, Prince Eggman, his greedy and treacherous brother, usurped the crown. Sonic hood was the people’s only hope. He robbed from the rich to feed the poor. He was beloved by all the people of Mobland. Sonic and his merry mobians hid in Green Hill Forest to elude the Sheriff of Roboingham…
With a lute in his hands, along comes Manic the Hedgehog.
Manic: Ya know. There’s been a heap of legends and tall tales about Robin Hood, all different too. Well, we folks from the world of Sonic the Hedgehog have our own version. It’s the story of what really happened in Green Hill Forest.
Manic moved his hand on the strings of his lute in a soothing motion.
Manic: Incidentally, I’m Manic the Hedgehog, and in the place of Allan-A-Dale, a minstrel. That’s an early folk singer, and my job is to...
Manic is cut off as one of his strings on his lute snaps. He paused only for a brief second before continuing.
Manic: ...tell it like it is, or was, [he shrugs] or whatever.
The first of Sonic-Disney adaptions; Disney films with Sonic characters.
For the most part, the stories will follow that of their actual film counterparts. However, their will be some slight tweaks. Theses changes will be either to fit the world of Sonic and it's character's personalities, build up story/backstory, make room for more character and dialogue, or (POSSIBLE SPOILER)-Scenes that were cut from final films of the actual Disney product. None of these added scenes will be ones that affect the over-all plot, most of the scenes Disney deleted from their animated features did not change the story in any way, rather, they were deleted because production budget was and/or the deadline was approaching and they didn't have time to finish them, or the scenes just made the film too long. The stories will not all be rated the same rating.-This one, "Sonic Hood", is rated T.
Ch. 1 will be released Friday May 18, 2012
Sonic the Hedgehog characters and references are owned by "Sega", and Robin Hood characters and references are (I think) are owned by "Disney".
